How long does it take to make my custom piece?
Production usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the design, complexity, and material availability.
Can I bring my own charm?
Yes. If you have a personal object (like a vintage key, a broken watch, or a memory piece), we can integrate it into the design.
How much does a custom piece cost?
Custom orders start at €120. The final price depends on the elements, complexity, and time. Once we know your idea, we’ll send you a personal quote.
When is my order confirmed?
Your custom order will only be processed once it has been confirmed by us and paid in full. Requests without confirmation are not binding.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes. Custom orders require upfront payment before production starts.
Can I return a custom piece?
No. Since custom orders are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned.
What materials do you use?
We mainly work with stainless steel chains and upcycled elements like pearls, shells, microchips, vintage tech, and more.
