Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the goods. Returns must be requested through your customer account on our website. Once approved, you will receive the necessary return instructions depending on your location.

All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.

  • Germany

    For returns within Germany, you will receive a DHL return QR code via email. By presenting this code at any DHL branch or Packstation, the return label will be generated and attached on site. You do not need to print anything yourself. The cost of the return shipping is fully covered by us.

  • EU + Switzerland

    For returns within the EU and Switzerland, DHL and its local partners also support the QR code service in many countries. If the service is not available in your location, you will instead receive a PDF return label by email. This label must be printed and attached to your parcel before sending it back through the local postal service. The cost of the return shipping is fully covered by us.

  • International (e.g. USA, Australia, East Asia):

    For returns from outside the EU, such as the United States, Australia, or Asia, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment themselves. In addition, all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees must be borne by the customer. We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping service to ensure that the return arrives safely.

Which items cannot be returned?

Custom-made or personalized pieces are excluded from returns, in line with EU consumer law. Additionally, items that show clear signs of wear, have been damaged, or altered by the customer cannot be accepted for return.

What happens if my item is defective?

If your jewelry arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within seven days of delivery by sending an email with photos of the item. We will carefully review your case. If the issue is confirmed to be shipping-related, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are usually issued via the original payment method, but you may also choose to receive a voucher of equal value for future purchases. Please note that for international returns, only the value of the goods will be refunded. Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes cannot be reimbursed. Refunds are typically completed within seven to ten business days after we have received the returned item.
